Made in the Gorgonzola style, this cheese is sweet with a lovely creaminess.. An American Cheese Society 1st Place winner, this smooth raw cows’ milk blue is made at the Boucher Family Farm in Highgate Center, VT. Delicious sprinkled over a salad or drizzled with local honey. Approx 8oz, 1lb, 2lb. Pairs well with Tawny Port.
