Lovely milder blue cheese from Blue Ledge Farm in Salisbury,VT. Middlebury Blue is creamy with a hint of sweet hay and an earthy slightly salty finish. Aged 60 days, it is both creamy and crumbly, made from raw Ayrshire cows' milk. Approx 8oz, 1lb, 2lb.
Pairs well with Port, Shiraz or Sherry
